Tee Please!

It's said the best things in life are the simplest, and largely we tend to agree. So in that light I would have to say my number one, wardrobe staple, (although sometimes over looked and under appreciated) is the basic tee - White, cotton, loose. Thrown on with jeans or a skirt, dressed up or down, the perfect white tee is workable for almost any occasion. There is an all star line up of labels who love the simplistic beauty of the white cotton tee, working hard to get the cut, shade, fabric and styling just right. A few of our faves include Aussie labels Bassike and Jack+Jac, followed closely by American Vintage and Helmut Lang. However, if you are a bit budget conscious or prone to spilling on white, the American Apparel Summer Tee is your best bet - We have it in white (along with a few other shades) and we wear it often.

Timbers!

Now we know that Timberlands may not be everyone's taste, however we are loving them at the moment and we bet you soon will be too! We are defiantly seeing them on all the celebs in the U.S and we believe its only a matter of time before they become the new craze in Australia. Ordering them direct from the US can be difficult as they do not tend to ship to Aus however we have found them at Platypus shoes for about $250 www.platypusshoes.com.au - however they only stock limited sizes so make sure you get in quick.
